• WHEN: Saturday April 25th, 5-10pm
• WHERE: Hotel Nikko, 222 Mason St, on the third floor.
• TRANSPORTATION & PARKING: The hotel is easily accessible via public transit, taxi/rideshare, with nearby parking garages. Parking info here.
• ON ARRIVAL: Go to the third floor, and make two important stops on either side of the elevator bay:
  1. Complimentary Coat Check
  2. Registration Desk to get your bidder and table numbers
• ATTIRE: Internationally-inspired attire, black tie, or whatever brings a smile to your face!

5 to 7pm: Opening Reception – You’ll want to arrive “fashionably on-time” so you don’t miss a thing!

• SILENT AUCTION: Silent Auction is open from 5pm-6:50pm ONLY – be sure to arrive early to bid on items such as getaways, hotel stays, restaurant certificates, theater tickets, once in a lifetime experiences & so much more!
• COMPLIMENTARY BEVERAGES: Wine, bubbly, non alcoholic wine & soft drinks are complimentary throughout the opening reception and dinner; there will be cash bars available for any other drinks your heart or tastebuds desire.
• RAFFLE TICKETS: $20 each or 6 for $100.
• WINE WALL: You will get a “steal” with 2 bottles, including a Featured Wine (worth $37-$75) & a Mystery Wine ($15-$66) for just $50! No matter what you get, you’ll walk away a winner!
• PHOTO OP: There will be a “worldly” Step & Repeat photo booth – don’t miss it!

7 to 10pm: Dinner, Program, and Dancing

• DINNER: Enjoy a gourmet multi-course meal, with complimentary wine, soft-drinks, and non alcoholic wine.
• AWARDS PROGRAM: Join us in congratulating a few volunteers who have gone above and beyond!
• LIVE AUCTION: Live Auction takes place during the dinner program. Get a sneak peek here!
• DANCING: We have some surprise dancers lined up to set the mood, before everyone joins in the fun!
