Alliance for Smiles’ first cleft lip and palate mission of 2026 took place in Ecuador’s Guaranda, a new location for our global health outreach.

In less than one week, our team of dedicated medical and non-medical volunteers delivered life-changing cleft care to children in need:

• Nearly 25 patients received free surgery
• 35 cleft surgeries performed
• 342 dental procedures completed
• $140,000+ in free surgical and dental care provided
