Our first mission of 2026 was to Guaranda, Ecuador. It also happened to be Alliance for Smiles’ first mission to Guaranda. Between January 18 and 25, our team of medical and non-medical volunteers performed cleft lip and palate surgeries as well as dental treatments amounting to over $141,000.
