Brandy and Husten Pettet of Vancouver, Washington are hosting a fundraiser in honor of their daughter Grace, who was born with a cleft lip & palate. Grace was treated by our very own Dr. Chris Zarella, a volunteer of many AfS missions.
In their own words:
We are holding this fundraiser in honor of our Amazing Grace and her incredibly talented surgeon, Dr. Chris Zarella. Grace wouldn’t be where she is today without the fantastic care, guidance and “grace” from Dr. Zarella and his wonderful team.
We are running the Hood to Coast under the name “Miles for Smiles” and will be collecting donations in her honor until August 30th . Thank you to Grace for being our daily reminder and motivation that we can do hard things!
Together, let’s make a difference for kids with cleft around the world.
