The opening clinic of any mission may look shambolic from the outside – but everyone has a job to do, and the team hit the ground running. Today we registered the patients, photographed them, and checked their medical details, speech ability, and their fitness for anesthetic and surgery before they got to the dental hygienist.

We also have several news teams here documenting our team’s dedication to those we serve!  Having media coverage today will help highlight the work of AFS and acknowledge the local support we received.

The team got everyone registered and sorted out those that would have surgery. Our first surgeries start tomorrow! Every child deserves a smile!
